Qualia helps you understand your physical, mental, and social health through a quick and fun health check up. No doctors office required!

Our free check-up will help you see how youre feeling across twelve key dimensions of health (things like depression, anxiety, pain, and sleep quality). For each dimension, we show you how your health compares to other people, so that you can see the parts of your health that have room for improvement!

MEASURE. Our app measures how you’re feeling across each of these dimensions by asking you a short series of questions. These questions have been clinically validated, cited in numerous research journals, and are in use at hospitals across the country. No funny business here.

COMPARE. For each dimension, we show you how your results compare to the general population so that you can better understand if what you’re experiencing is normal.

SHARE. You can then share or keep your data as you see fit. If you want to email it to your family or doctor — great, you can do that! Or if you just want to keep it to yourself, you can do that too. It’s your data, after all.

TRACK. By quantifying your results, you can see if there are areas of your health that have room for improvement. Check in again once you’ve made some changes to see if they’ve had an impact!
